- Lead backend and application migration projects across tech stacks like ETL, middleware, backend job orchestration platforms etc. Hands-on migration experience (application + database + integration)
- Strong Python & scripting skills for automation and data handling.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting (Bash/Shell)
- Experience with database migration, ETL, and data transformation
- Familiarity with multiple tech stacks (legacy and up-to-date)
- Understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience with middleware (e.g., messaging systems, API gateways)
- Knowledge of cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skill
Qualification- B.Tech preferred
