Role & responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and control panels to ensure proper operation.
- test, and commission recent electrical systems and equipment, including industrial machinery.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to install new equipment or machinery, ensuring electrical systems are correctly integrated.
- Writing and maintaining efficient, well-documented PLC code to carry out the necessary functions of the control system.
- Developing logic and implementing control algorithms based on the operational requirements and specifications.
- Using PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagrams, Structured Text, and Sequential Function Charts.
