We are hiring a project coordinator to own end-to-end coordination of large customer projects from order handover through to final delivery. This role sits at the center of the project: keeping internal teams (design, purchase/operations, and finance), vendors, subcontractors, and customers all aligned on timelines, deliverables, and open issues. You will be the single point of accountability for making sure projects don't slip.

This is a coordination and ownership role, not a passive tracking roleyou are expected to chase, follow up, flag risks early, and push things to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Own complete project tracking for all assigned customer projects — timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Create and maintain a live project schedule/tracker for each project; flag delays before they become critical
- Coordinate internally with Design (engineering drawings, approvals), Operations/Purchase (POs, vendor delivery, dispatch), and Finance/Accounts (billing, payment milestones)
- Coordinate externally with customers (status updates, approvals,



site coordination) and vendors/sub-contractors (delivery schedules, quality, follow-ups)
- Drive weekly/periodic project review meetings — internal and customer-facing — and circulate minutes/action items
- Escalate risks, delays, and blockers to management proactively, with explicit root cause and recovery plan
- Ensure all project documentation (POs, drawings, approvals, delivery notes, correspondence) is organized and up-to-date
- Track project-wise deliverables against the agreed timeline and report deviations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project status and coordination queries
- Support post-delivery closure — documentation, handover, and any pending commercial/administrative closure
