Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Growth / Sales Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales conversions, and implementing growth strategies to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Design, and Technology to align growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure scalability and profitability.

- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:
