HR Intern Profile Description
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support the HR team across recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, ATS/HRIS updates, timesheet management, and HR administration within a corporate environment.

Internship Details




- Duration: 3 months (12 weeks), with the possibility to extend up to 6 months based on performance and business needs.
- Compensation: Paid internship depending on candidate experience and location. Stipend is paid monthly and will be prorated for partial months. Eligible interns may also receive reimbursement for pre-approved work-related expenses (e.g., internet/communication). Exact stipend and any additional allowances will be confirmed in the offer letter.
- Location: Fully remote. Candidates must have reliable internet access and be able to attend meetings during agreed core hours.
- Eligibility: Currently enrolled in a bachelors program (HR preferred) or an MBA, or recent graduates within the last 6 months. Candidates should be able to receive academic credit if required by their institution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
