Job Summary

We are looking for a CMA skilled with exposure to EPC costing, tender costing, zero-base budgeting, and budgetary controls. The role will involve working closely with the tendering, project, procurement, and finance teams to support bid costing, budget preparation, cost validation, variance analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of zero-base budgets and validate budget inputs received from site, project, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Prepare EPC project benchmarked costing sheets and maintain project-wise cost trackers.
- Provide inputs for tender costing and support the tendering team in bid price build-up.




- Coordinate with the tendering department to validate cost assumptions, BOQ-based estimates, resource norms, subcontractor rates, and site overheads.
- Monitor actual spend against budget and highlight variances, overruns, and cost savings.
- Assist in monthly budgetary control reviews and project-wise variance analysis.
- Review purchase requests, commitments, and project expenses for budget availability and correctness.
- Work with project execution, procurement, and tendering teams to ensure consistency between tender assumptions, budget estimates, and actual execution costs.
- Support MIS reporting, cost dashboards, and management presentations.
- Assist in cost closure, audit support, and internal control documentation.
- Participate in periodic budget reforecasting and post-bid cost analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and support for finance and compliance reviews.
