Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Executive to take charge of our business across Western and South Mumbai. If you have a solid track record in managing channel partners, expanding dealer networks, and driving revenue in the building materials or hardware sector, this role is for you.





*This position requires extensive daily local travel within the assigned territory to meet dealers, distributors, and influencers.*

What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Drive Sales Growth: Own and execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets in your assigned territory.
- Network Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing current dealers and distributors to expand our market footprint.
- Channel Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, actively resolving distributor and sub-dealer grievances or operational challenges.
- Financial Discipline: Ensure timely payment collections and credit-cycle monitoring from all distributors and channel partners.
