Position: Junior Business Analyst (IT Background - Mandatory)

Location: Vadodara (Work from Office - Mandatory)

Experience: 1–2 Years Only

Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in preparing BRD and FRD documents

• Robust requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes





• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Ability to conduct gap analysis and business process mapping

• Experience coordinating with clients, developers, QA teams, and project managers

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar platforms

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
