What Youll Do:
- Developing and maintaining Kafka-based applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Designing and implementing data pipelines that ensure seamless data flow and integration across various platforms.
- Optimizing existing Kafka configurations to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data processing and streaming.




- Participating in code reviews and providing mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to apply best practices in development.
What Were Looking For:
- 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data streaming technologies, particularly Confluent Kafka.
- Solid proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka ecosystem components including Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
