1. Ensure Smooth and Safe Plant operation during Shift.
Key Individual AccountabilitiesStrategy
- Work in a team to ensure organizational and operational strategies are executed in a manner that is in alignment with the Departments Strategic Plan.
Financial
- Focus on cost optimization, energy conservations savings and productivity improvement
Customer/ External Orientation
- Coordinate & work closely with the internal stake-holders to achieve operational excellence.
People Orientation
- Supervision of smooth plant operation with co-ordination of other departments
Core operational accountabilities
Ensure Compliance to all safety & environment Procedures
Follow and ensure that all SOPs are followed and adhered to
Handle emergencies
Monitor product quality and take corrective action in case of deviation from standards
Maintain the records of various inventories and prepare SAP indent for various
requirements
Hand over take over charge during shift changes
Identified the abnormalities & rectify with service department
Ensure all work started with proper work permit
Ensure Smooth and safe operation of equipment
Attend any of the plant problem as and when required.
Maintain logbooks of the shift.
Ensure all storm water drains should be clean and dry
Ensure adherence of all safety procedure
Ensure Housekeeping of area and Equipments
Over and above any other responsibility assigned by the reporting Manager
Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Ensure basic awareness and implementation of PSM framework; understand hazards and major accident scenarios of H2O2 plant
- Ensure protected start-up, operation, shutdown, and emergency handling as per procedures; understand operating parameters, interlocks, and PSSR
- Identify emerging safety issues and inform Area Incharge; understan
