About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Product Support Engineer to provide Level 0 (L0) and Level 1 (L1) support for our ReverseLogix platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer-reported issues while ensuring timely communication and high customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of contemporary web applications and cloud-hosted environments. While this is primarily a support role, the candidate may occasionally perform minor bug fixes or configuration updates under guidance. Extensive software development experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities




- Provide L0 and L1 support for the ReverseLogix application through ticketing systems, email, and customer interactions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, configuration, and data-related issues.
- Reproduce customer-reported issues and identify root causes.
- Investigate application logs, SQL data, and Azure-hosted services to diagnose problems.
- Execute SQL queries to validate, analyze, or correct data where required.
- Perform basic application configuration and support deployment verification.
- Handle minor bug fixes or simple code/configuration changes when needed.
- Escalate complex issues to the Product Engineering (L2/L3) team with detailed analysis and supporting information.
- Maintain SLA compliance by prioritizing and managing support tickets effectively.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and known issues in the knowledge base.
