Role Description
The Warehouse Executive is a full time, on-site role based. This role is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in an accurate and timely manner. Typical tasks include organizing and packing orders, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with logistics and sales teams, and ensuring proper handling and storage of products. The Warehouse Executive will monitor stock levels, assist with regular stock audits, and help implement warehouse safety and housekeeping standards. The role also involves supporting customer service needs related to order status, resolving basic shipment issues, and contributing to continuous process improvements within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to handle stock movement, documentation, and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess Packing and basic material handling skills to prepare orders safely and efficiently for dispatch.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail distribution is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move goods safely, follow safety guidelines, and work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in supply chain or warehouse management is an advantage.
