Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to lead the complete HR function while partnering with business leaders to drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, manpower planning, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience managing multiple locations and leading HR teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, and succession planning.
- Support organizational growth, restructuring, and change management.




- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
- Set departmental KPIs/KRAs and monitor team performance.
- Drive productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on people-related initiatives.

Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition
- Develop annual manpower plans and hiring budgets.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, manufacturing, and leadership roles.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire.

HR Operations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, HRIS, employee records, confirmations, transfers, and Full & Final Settlement.
