? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Head – Supply Chain & Operations
to lead and scale the company's complete operational ecosystem across procurement, supply chain, warehousing, fulfilment, inventory, logistics,
customer operations, and process excellence.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will be responsible for designing scalable operational systems, building high-performing teams, driving cost efficiencies, improving customer experience, and creating the infrastructure required to support aggressive business growth.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building organisations - not just managing day-to-day operations.
? Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Own the company's end-to-end operations strategy across supply chain, warehousing, procurement, inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and customer operations.
- Develop scalable operational frameworks capable of supporting significant business growth.
- Partner directly with the Founder and leadership team to define long-term operational strategy.
