We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Customer Relation cum Marketing Executive to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client communications, generating marketing opportunities, and promoting our residential projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills to ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Explain residential project features, pricing, amenities, and construction updates to clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for residential projects.




- Conduct customer follow-ups to improve client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data, and marketing reports.
- Support promotional events, project launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure a skilled representation of the company at all customer touchpoints.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Marketing or Construction Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and marketing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
