- The Lab Technician Design Thinking Lab supports the effective operation and maintenance of the Design Thinking Lab.
- The role involves assisting teachers and students during hands-on sessions, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring the lab functions as a safe, organized, and creative space for innovation and practical learning.

Primary Responsibilities?
- .Prepare, organize, and set up materials, tools, and equipment for Design Thinking sessions and project-based learning activities.
- Operate, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting support for lab equipment such as woodworking power and hand tools, 3D printers, laser cutters, and electronic kits.
- Assist students and teachers in the safe and effective use of tools, machinery, and digital fabrication equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of lab tools and machines to ensure operational readiness.
- Manage the inventory of consumables, raw materials, and tools; coordinate procurement and restocking as required.




- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including proper equipment usage, personal protective measures, and cleanliness standards within the lab.
- Support the preparation of prototypes, models, and instructional or display materials as required for teaching and exhibitions.
- Provide technical support during workshops, exhibitions, and school events related to the Design Thinking programme.
- Collaborate with faculty to promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and protected experimentation in the lab environment.
