Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate clinical records. The role also involves educating patients on injury prevention, posture, and lifestyle modifications,



coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to preventive health programs within Bridge Health’s integrated model.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic interventions.
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation techniques and current evidence-based practices.
- Ability to educate and motivate patients, with clear communication and interpersonal skills for diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and using basic digital health or electronic medical record systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration or license as required.
- Experience in preventive care, outpatient, or primary care settings is an advantage
