Adapt processes for new battery chemistries (e.g., LiFePO4, NMC, LFP, solid-state).
Study environmental impacts and find greener chemical alternatives.
Ensure proper handling and storage of toxic or flammable substances.
Adhere to EPA, OSHA, REACH, or local environmental and safety standards.
Evaluate chemical hazards and implement safety protocols for lab and plant operations.
Support in emergency responses involving chemical spills or exposure.
Work with engineers and plant operators to align chemical processes with mechanical and thermal operations.
Maintain detailed lab notebooks, process documentation, and safety records.
Generate technical reports and present findings to management or R&D; teams.
Educate staff on chemical safety, process updates, or current analytical methods.
Education- Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering
