Responsible for performing migration to GWS from other collaborative platforms.
- Perform migration from Google workplace to Microsoft 365 using SPMT and third party tools like Sharegate, Metalogix, BitTitan , AvePoint or any other tools.
- Migrate content to GWS workloads (Email, Document, Gdrive, etc.)
- Implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and compliance of GWS workplace.
- Perform premigration checks.
- Creation of GWS PowerShell and PnP scripts for both day-to-day activities and migration specific tasks.
- Perform post migration checks.
- Coordinate between stakeholders during the migration phases and help achieve project outcomes.
- Evaluate and remediate issues in complex content migrations.
- Work independently, should be able to handle the batch migration without any support.
- Creation of console application which are required during migration.
- Ability to offer solutions for migration projects schedules, including analyzing workload inventory, applications migration, comparing reports, metadata mapping and import,



custom sites migration and further assist with configuration support in migration of GWS workloads.
- Perform unit testing.
- Highly collaborative team player with few overlap hours with the IST time-zone.
- May require after-hours and weekend hours during active migrations.

Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in GWS console.
- Must have good Hands-on experience of SharePoint Migration using third party tools like Sharegate, Metalogix , BitTitan , AvePoint or any other tools.
- Good to have Experience in Network drive File Share migration to Gdrive (One Drive)
- Having migration experience in migrating Google workspace to M365 is an added advantage.
