Role Description




The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Guwahati, responsible for managing key customer accounts and driving business growth in frozen food distribution and cold chain logistics. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with HORECA clients, retail partners, and distributors, while overseeing the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to retention.

In addition to customer account management, the Senior Account Manager shall oversee procurement activities, including vendor coordination, purchase planning, purchase order management, and ensuring timely availability of inventory. The role is also responsible for maintaining complete and accurate books of accounts in Tally, ensuring proper accounting of all financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
