About the Role
The Performance Marketing Associate will support and scale paid acquisition across multiple digital
channels. This role suits a data-driven, execution-focused marketer with hands-on campaign experience,
solid analytical ability and a keen interest in marketing technology, consumer behaviour and emerging
industry trends.
Working closely with the Growth team, the incumbent will execute campaigns, monitor performance,
conduct market and competitor research and identify optimization opportunities that improve
acquisition eciency and campaign outcomes.
Campaign Execuon & Performance Markeng
• Execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Bing and other relevant
acquisition channels.
• Support campaign setup, audience creation, bid management, budget pacing and ongoing performance
monitoring.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance, lead quality and acquisition eciency.
• Ensure campaigns launch accurately and follow platform and measurement best practices.
Market Research & Compe¢ve Analysis
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, messaging approaches, creative patterns and
campaign opportunities.
