Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The company will provide qualified leads, and the selected candidate will be responsible for contacting the leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our training programs, and converting them into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Understand the career goals, requirements, and interests of potential students.
- Explain Login360's courses, training programs, and placement support.




- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information about the courses.
- Build a good relationship with prospective students.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve assigned conversion and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements
- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with potential students over phone calls.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or business development will be an added advantage.
