Role Description
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager EHS and Compliance is responsible for overseeing environmental, health, safety, and statutory compliance activities at the Sadar facility. This full-time, in office role includes developing, implementing,



and monitoring EHS policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards. The role involves conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for compliance reporting. The professional in this role will drive training and awareness programs for employees, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Collaboration with operations, maintenance, and HR teams is expected to ensure a safe workplace, sustainable practices, and adherence to environmental norms.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, standards, and compliance frameworks relevant to manufacturing and electronics.
- Experience in conducting EHS audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, training program
