Role Description
The Accountant role at Gaurav Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of ledgers. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring payments, managing petty cash,



and ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial data. The role involves assisting with monthly and annual closing activities, supporting internal and external audits, and preparing basic financial reports and summaries for management. The Accountant will also help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation requirements, and company policies, while coordinating with operations and procurement teams to maintain accurate cost and inventory records.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel, including use of formulas and basic data analysis.
