Job Title: Channel Sales Executive – Luxury Residential (Bangalore)

Job Description

We are looking for a well Networked and highly polished Channel sales Executive to work with a luxury plotted development in North Bangalore. In this role, you will manage and onboard an elite network of luxury property brokers, wealth managers, and other established channel partners. The Ideal candidate should excel at high-value relationship management and possess an established local network of CPs capable of sourcing HNI's, NRI's and Investors. Your primary goal is to leverage these networks to increase site visits.

Key Responsibilities

· Channel Partner Onboarding: Qualify Channel Partners, fix meetings, and onboard them.

· Driving Site Visits: Increase Channel Partners led site visits

· Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity and development updates in the general market.

· Relationship Management: Maintain continuous engagement through regular calls, meetings, project updates,



and site visits

· Event Coordination: Identify upcoming events, qualify attendees, and boost sales

Requirements and Qualifications

· Experience: 3-5 years of Proven track record in Channel Sales handling luxury Properties preferably plots and Villas

· Geographic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the North Bangalore Market

· Channel Partner Network: Existing Network of Real estate Partners

· Mobility: Flexibility to travel for meetings and Site

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Sales and Marketing
