We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IPDRG Coder with strong expertise in inpatient medical coding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate code assignment, DRG optimization, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes for inpatient cases
- Ensure correct DRG assignment (MS-DRG / APR-DRG) and optimization
- Identify missed coding opportunities and documentation gaps
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines
- Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and productivity
- Collaborate with clinical and audit teams for clarifications and improvements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certified Medical Coder (CIC / CCS preferred)
- Solid experience in IPDRG / inpatient coding
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
