Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking application
- Monitor daily banking operations, EOD/BOD processes, and batch jobs
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to FLEXCUBE modules
- Support retail, corporate, and/or Islamic banking modules as applicable
- Handle incident, problem, and service request management through ticketing tools
- Coordinate with Oracle or third-party vendors for complex issue resolution
- Perform data analysis, validations, and minor configuration changes
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Assist in UAT, regression testing, and production deployments
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security policies, and audit requirements
