Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting and enhancing core HR operations. This role involves managing employee life cycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing personnel administration.



The specialist will help implement and maintain HR policies, oversee employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. Daily activities include handling employee queries, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting performance management initiatives, and collaborating with managers to address workforce needs. The role also involves contributing to employee engagement activities, assisting with HR reporting and analytics, and recommending process improvements to strengthen HR efficiency and employee experience.
