Role Description
This is a full-time Recruiter role based in Coimbatore, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines,



and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience. The Recruiter will also support onboarding processes, maintain accurate records in recruitment systems, and contribute to improving hiring practices and employer branding.
