We're Hiring: Solution Architect / Senior Consultant — IFS Field Service / Service Management (Techno-Functional)

ServiceNextGen is growing our India footprint, and we're looking for a
Solution Architect / Senior Consultant
to help design and deliver enterprise-scale IFS Field Service and Service Management solutions for clients across Power, Utilities, Renewables, Energy, and Telecom.

What you'll do:

? Design and configure IFS Field Service / IFS Service Management (SM) modules for field service and service management workflows

? Lead stakeholder discussions to define requirements, assess integration impacts, and resolve design issues

? Develop and deploy solutions aligned with technical architecture, integration standards, and quality processes

? Create and maintain technical design guides, templates, and standards, while mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members

? Drive Agile delivery, manage status reporting, and identify automation opportunities

What you bring:

✅ 10+ years of domain experience in FSM solutions (ClickSoftware, IFS FSM, Salesforce Field Service,



or similar)

✅ Solid grasp of field service scheduling concepts and business processes

✅ Hands-on configuration and end-to-end implementation experience (requirements → UAT → go-live)

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills (FRDs, user manuals, process flows)

✅ BE / BTech / MCA / MS in Computer Science or equivalent

✅ Willingness to travel/relocate to EU or North America on project needs require

Nice to have:

⭐ IFS Service Management (Request Management, Quotation, Contract, Inventory) or IFS PSO experience

⭐ Industry knowledge in Power, Utilities, Renewables, Energy, or Telecom

⭐ Experience with technical architecture, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional delivery teams
