Role Description:

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social platforms to grow brand awareness and drive consumer engagement. Day-to-day activities include developing content calendars, producing short-form video and static creatives, writing captions and social copy, and adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.

The role involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing, design,



and product teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaign objectives.

What You'll Do
- Own and grow our social media presence across Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms like Snapchat,etc .
- Build and execute a social media strategy that resonates with Gen Z audiences.
- Plan and manage the content calendar across all platforms.
- Create engaging reels, stories, posts and short-form videos.
- Stay on top of Gen Z trends, memes, creators, music and internet culture.
- Identify, onboard and manage fashion, lifestyle and micro-influencers who align with our brand.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiations to content approvals and performance tracking.
- Track campaign ROI, engagement, reach and conversions, and optimise future campaigns based on insights.
