Our Talent & Now P&C; team plays a key role in ensuring that Talent and Learning systems works effectively for the business.
We are now looking for a Product Specialist to acts as a functional subject matter expert, supporting product owners with providing guidance on Talent Management, Learning and Job Architecture while driving stakeholder engagement, product adoption, and continuous improvement.
The role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners,
system engineers to translate business needs into product improvements, ensuring that solutions deliver business value and an excellent coworker experience.
Furthermore, we believe that you bring:
Strong understanding of Talent & Learning tools and processes.
Minimum 5 yrs of Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development, Opportunity Marketplace is an advantage).
Good understanding of any Learning Management System (LMS).
Positive understanding of SuccessFactors Job Architecture and Competency Frameworks.
Knowledge of HR processes across Talent Management, Learning, Skills, Career Development, and Organization Design.
Understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional product requirements.
