We are seeking a Market Intelligence Value Communication Analyst to run a recurring evidence, policy, and competitive-intelligence monitoring service, converting trial, HTA, guideline, and coverage-policy signals into concise, decision-ready briefs for medical and access teams. This is a consulting/on-demand role supporting an ongoing subscription-style client deliverable. Beyond closing the teams current zero-coverage gap in this service, this hire also adds a second qualified resource for the literature-scanning and evidence-synthesis work underpinning the subscription, and for Market Access/HTA framing more broadly (both presently resting on a single internal consultant each). The ideal candidate should be able to independently curate high volumes of signal into a short, prioritized, client-ready output on a fixed cadence.
- Scan and monitor evolving clinical evidence, HTA decisions, guideline updates, coverage-policy shifts, and competitor moves relevant to client assets
- Conduct the underlying literature search and evidence synthesis/critical appraisal that feeds each brief, adding a second qualified resource alongside the current sole owner of this work
- Curate and interpret findings into a prioritized, decision-ready brief on a defined cadence
- Draft periodic synthesis reports connecting individual signals to client strategic implications
- Apply a Market Access/HTA lens to flag signals with payer or access relevance, and provide backup support for Market Access/HTA framing used in value-story and objection-handling deliverables
- Maintain a signal-tracking framework/taxonomy for consistent recurring delivery
- Collaborate with SLR/HEOR colleagues to escalate significant findings for deeper follow-on analysis
- Present briefs and periodic syntheses directly to clients or account teams
- Train internal team members on the intelligence-monitoring methodology
