Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Jaipur location. This full-time, in office role involves partnering with leadership to develop HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws,



and support organizational growth through effective workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Daily responsibilities include managing HR documentation, maintaining HR systems, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting compensation and benefits administration.
