Job Title: DevOps Lead / DevOps Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead / Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable DevOps platforms and cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Helm Charts, Grafana, and scripting, along with hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration. CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available DevOps infrastructure.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes-based container platforms for production environments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
- Create, manage, and maintain Helm Charts for Kubernetes application deployments.




- Monitor application and infrastructure health using Grafana and other monitoring tools.
- Develop automation scripts using Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Define DevOps best practices, standards, and governance across projects.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and support technical decision-making.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong DevOps expertise.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and architecture.

Robust knowledge of Ansible for configuration management and automation.

Experience in creating and managing Helm Charts.

Hands-on experience with Grafana for monitoring and visualization.

Strong scripting skills in Shell/Bash and preferably Python.
