Role Description
The Insurance Manager role at HDFC Life is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Insurance Manager will oversee insurance operations,



including managing policy portfolios, monitoring risk and compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. This role involves leading a team to meet sales targets, supporting Financial Consultants, and coordinating with internal departments to drive business growth. The Insurance Manager will engage directly with customers to understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable products and riders, and maintain high standards of service and retention. Daily activities include reviewing performance metrics, coaching team members, resolving escalation issues, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
