Role Description
The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Haveli, responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining CadMech’s lab equipment and solutions at client locations. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.



The role involves providing on-site technical support, training users on proper operation, and documenting service activities and reports. The Field Services Engineer will collaborate closely with the internal engineering and R&D; teams to relay field feedback, support continuous improvement, and uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site equipment installation, commissioning, and support.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, with the ability to plan and execute routine inspections and servicing to minimize downtime.
- Candidates required to possess & hands ON Knowledge & Experience on CNC/PLC Programming.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skil
