We are seeking a highly experienced Principal/Staff Software Engineer to serve as the senior technical anchor for our India engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application and platform engineering, architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and scalable software platforms. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making capabilities, and the ability to establish engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, cloud-native applications and platforms.
- Lead system design discussions and define engineering standards.
- Develop and review application architecture, design patterns, and code quality.
- Build and maintain production-grade SaaS, workflow, data, or integration platforms.
- Drive API design, integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Own technical decisions and drive initiatives in ambiguous environments.

- Strong backend and platform engineering expertise.
