Job Description – Finance Officer (Treasury, Compliance & Accounts Payable)

Reporting To

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)





Purpose of the Role

This role provides operational and analytical support to the Treasury, Compliance and Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely collections, payments, statutory compliance, audit readiness and effective vendor payment management. It acts as a central coordinator across the finance team while reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury Support

● Assist the Treasury Manager in monitoring customer collections and outstanding receivables by cordinating credit control team.

● Track customer payment commitments and maintain collection trackers for funds planning

● Monitor scheduled vendor payments and support cash flow planning.

● Assist in preparing daily cash position and fund requirement reports.

● Coordinate with internal stakeholders for routine treasury activities.

2. Compliance Support

● Maintain a comprehensive statutory compliance calendar
