About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Salesforce Developer to join our agile development team. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced Salesforce professionals aspiring to transition into technical leadership positions. You will design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions that shape our platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications and solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and implementable solutions
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and asynchronous methods with high performance standards
- Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and manage complex Salesforce data models
- Implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows to meet business objectives




- Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and enterprise coding standards
- Configure and manage Salesforce security models including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), and Field-Level Security
- Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals), and Health Cloud platforms
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs with external systems
- Execute data migration strategies, ETL processes, and bulk data handling operations
- Implement and manage authentication mechanisms including OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions proactively
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes
