Role- Business Development Manager US Hotel Sales

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive hotel sales growth across the United States market from our India office. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring hotel partners, managing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales and account management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality sales, hotel partnerships, travel technology, accommodation distribution, franchise development, or enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the US hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire independent hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality partners across the United States.
- Build and manage a solid sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry databases, and market research.
- Conduct virtual sales meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations with hotel owners, general managers,
revenue managers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand the company's presence in key US markets.
- Drive hotel onboarding and coordinate with Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Product teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and account activation.
- Build long-term relationships with hotel partners and identify opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance reports within CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
