We need an aggressive, sophisticated corporate sales hunter based in our Jalandhar office who will take direct ownership of driving maximum rental revenue across our exclusive San Diego inventory. Your clear objective is to fill our properties by building direct partnerships with U.S. corporate buyers, permanently transitioning historical OTA guests away from high-commission channels (like Airbnb and VRBO) onto www.sdstay.com.
You will own the outbound B2B pipeline—pitching directly to U.S. corporate relocation agencies, healthcare HR teams, insurance housing groups, and military procurement networks. If you cannot confidently navigate complex rental contracts, overcome strict corporate objections, and close high-value deals with high-net-worth American clients, this role is not for you.*
Core Real-World Responsibilities
- Exclusive Portfolio Rental Growth:
Drive outbound sales initiatives targeting U.S. corporate travel accounts, insurance housing adjusters (ALE), and relocation firms to lock in extended, mid-term rental contracts (30+ days) for our properties.
- Direct Rental Conversion Engine:
Systematically convert past Airbnb/VRBO guests into repeat direct renters through www.sdstay.com, protecting company margins from third-party commission bleed.
