Position Title: Associate Executive- Statutory compliance
Reports to: Associate Director - Comp & benefits

Role: Statutory compliance and benefits management.
2. JOB PURPOSE:
For Movate Group to handle compliance management under various applicable Acts PAN India & laws/ Compensation & Benefits, Pre/Post recruitment compliance, Labour Agreements and Vendor managements, Recovery management etc. .
3. KEY Responsibilities:-
1. To develop processes which ensure compliance at all legislative and local governing agencies
2. Administer the Industry laws and necessary compliances and implement in the Industry/ Enhance Movate Policy as per requirement based on compliance aspect.
3. Manages the member Joining and exit procedure under various enactments under statutory compliacne
4. Monitoring and Maintenance of all records and forms under various applicable acts PAN India and Laws.
5. Responsible for maintaining harmonious relations with Employees,
liaison with Government Labor office and Factory Inspector.
6. Employees data uploading on ESIC/EPF portal, Employees UAN Generation, Employees ESIC/EPF code generation, ECR/Challan Generation and submission.
1. Ensure filing of all the statutory returns and Remittance with the respective government authorities in prescribed time limit.
2. Ensure filing of all Claims Application under various enactments.
3. Responsible to communicate a monthly HR report to the process leader.
4. Facilitate and actively coach members and managers on process improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
5. Handling and Monitoring Employee All queries under various enactments like, Mails, Ask HR. Telephonic etc and Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive employee inquiries and complaints.
