Role Description
The Hardware Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware issues across computers, peripherals, and related equipment used within the organization. The specialist will perform routine computer maintenance,



install and configure hardware, and ensure systems are running efficiently and securely. Day-to-day tasks include responding to technical support requests, documenting incidents and resolutions, coordinating with other IT and operations team members, and following best practices for hardware lifecycle management. The Hardware Support Specialist will also focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing explicit communication, timely updates, and professional support to internal users.

Qualifications
