Role Description
The Warehouse Helper role at Drums Food International is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Warehouse Helper will assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading goods, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch.



Responsibilities include packing products according to company standards, stacking and moving materials safely, and maintaining a clean, orderly storage area. The role may involve operating basic warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if trained and authorized), following safety procedures, and supporting the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate shipments. The Warehouse Helper works closely with supervisors and colleagues to keep the flow of goods efficient and aligned with production and distribution schedules.

Qualifications
- Ability to handle basic warehouse operations such as Shipping & Receiving and Unloading of goods.
- Experience with Packing products, labeling, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use, with appropriate training and certifications where required.
- Basic understanding of inventory
