Casagrand Premier Builder Limited is a trusted real estate developer committed to building quality homes and delivering lasting value to residents and is looking for a full-time, on-site Land Acquisition Professional role based in Delhi/NCR. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential land parcels, conducting site visits, and assessing suitability for residential development. The professional will perform due diligence, including title verification, regulatory checks, and coordination with legal teams to ensure clear land acquisition. Responsibilities include negotiating with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders to secure favorable terms, preparing feasibility reports and financial models, and supporting internal approvals. The role also requires close collaboration with project, finance, and leadership teams to align acquisitions with the company’s expansion strategy and timelines, and maintaining accurate records and documentation for all land deals.





? Location: Delhi/NCR

? Experience: 5–8 Years

Key areas of expertise:

✅ Land sourcing and identification of high-potential development opportunities

✅ Strong network with landowners, brokers, aggregators, and local stakeholders

✅ Deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction closures

✅ Market intelligence and feasibility assessment of land parcels

✅ Understanding of land titles, zoning regulations, and acquisition processes

✅ Coordination with internal stakeholders for project viability and execution

✅ Ability to independently drive acquisition opportunities from lead generation to closure
