Job Description:

Are you a skilled and experienced accountant looking for an exciting chance in a dynamic CA firm? We are seeking a Senior Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in day-to-day bookkeeping, GST returns filing, and TDS compliances. Fluency in English and Kannada is essential, and proficiency in Excel and Tally is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
Record financial transactions in accounting software and manual ledgers.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles.

GST Returns Filing:Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns for clients.
Keep abreast of GST regulations and updates.

TDS Compliance:Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable rates.
File TDS returns within the stipulated deadlines.
Resolve TDS-related issues and discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements,



including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Generate customized financial reports for clients as needed.

Client Communication:Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and provide financial insights.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

Excel and Tally Skills:Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Tally for efficient accounting and financial management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada (both written and verbal).
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Tally.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently
