The Tender Working Specialist is responsible for identifying, preparing, coordinating, and submitting tenders for Infrastructure, Mining, Civil, MEP, and Government projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, preparing technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting bids within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification
- Monitor tender portals such as CPP Portal, GeM, MSTC, e-Procurement portals, Coal India, NALCO, NMDC, SCCL, State Government, and other client portals.
- Identify suitable tenders based on company eligibility.
- Maintain a tender tracking register.
Tender Documentation
- Download and study tender documents.
- Prepare tender checklists.
- Identify eligibility criteria and submission requirements.
- Prepare bid documentation as per tender conditions.
Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Estimation Department
- Finance Department
- HR Department
- Purchase Department
- Plant & Machinery Department
- Legal Department
- Collect required documents before submission.
Commercial Bid Support
- Coordinate with estimation and costing teams.
- Prepare BOQ formats.
- Verify pricing schedules.
- Ensure proper commercial documentation.
Statutory Documentation
Maintain updated copies of:

- MSME (if applicable)
- PF Registration
- ESIC Registration
- Labour Licenses
- ISO Certificates
