Role Description
The PRE-SALES & POST-SALES TECHNICAL CONSULTANT is a full-time, on-site role based in Sundargarh. This position involves engaging with prospective clients to understand their technical and business needs, preparing solution proposals, and supporting product demonstrations. The consultant will collaborate with sales teams to design tailored solutions,
respond to technical queries, and assist in closing deals. Post-sales, the role includes providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, guiding clients through implementation, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions. The consultant will document client requirements, maintain accurate records of interactions, and contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes.
