Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials.
- Conduct assignments, practical sessions, assessments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and industry-oriented activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hospital and healthcare management.
- Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institute.
Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA/B.Sc.) in Hospital Administration or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualification
- Master's Degree (MBA/MHA/Master's in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management).
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Teaching or healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
